Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026 · Governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP)

1. Who is responsible

The controller for data processing on this website is the operator named in the legal notice. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@nomnoms.ch.

2. What data we collect

We currently use no cookies for tracking or advertising and no analytics tools. Should this change, we will update this policy first.

3. Why we process it

We use your email address solely to send you news about NomNoms — milestones, early access and the launch — in your chosen language. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any message; we will then delete your address.

4. Who helps us process it

These providers may process data outside Switzerland, notably in the USA. Transfers are safeguarded by recognised mechanisms (the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or until the pre-launch list is migrated to our customer communication and then no longer needed, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept by our host for a short technical period only.

6. Your rights

Under the FADP you may at any time request information about the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to info@nomnoms.ch. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the website grows (for example, when a shop or analytics are added). The version published here applies.
